Lately, I’ve been going crazy over a newly discovered shopping haven called MINISO. For those who don’t know what this is, it’s a Japan designer brand and its commodities are in line with fashion and leisure. The brand’s products include creative home necessities, fashion accessories, health and beauty products, office supplies, stationery gifts, seasonal products and a lot more! I guess you know by now what product I will be giving a review. So without further ado, let’s get started!
On the outer box, you can see the embossed name of the product written in Japanese and in English as well. The box is silver, shiny, metallic-like with pink border details at the bottom. It looks like expensive but it’s not! (find out the price at the end of this post ;)) When you pull the inner box at the bottom, you would see a pink box containing 3 pieces of face mask.

Each mask contains 25ml of the product. Plenty enough to cover your whole face.
Ingredients include: water, butylene glycol, propylene glycol, betaine, glyceryl polymethacrylate, PVM/MA copolymer, hydroxyethyl cellulose, carbomer, tripeptide-1, tripeptide-2, tetrepeptide-1, tetrapeptide-2, carnosine, jellyfish extract, collagen, sodium hyaluronate, bird nest extract, triethanolamine, methylisothiazoline, iodopropynyl butylcarbamate, PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil PEG-6 caprylin/decanoin, nonoxynol-10 and fragrance.
The description, ingredients and steps on how to use the product is written in Japanese but good thing, they provided an English version located at the back of the outer box. Aside from the English translated texts, you could also see the manufacturer, expiration date and batch number at the back portion.
How to use:
Tip: Put the mask in the fridge at least 30 minutes before opening 🙂
Step 1. Cleanse facial skin to facilitate nutrition uptake from the mask and block the entry of dirt and dust into the pores.
Step 2. Take out the mask and split it into two films, flatten the mask and apply it onto your face with the pearlized film outside and the silk film inside, then peel the pearlized film off and at the same time stick the mask to your face from the left.
This is how the pearlized film looks like. It must be taken off after the mask is applied.
Step 3. Gently press your face with finger pulps to stick the mask to your face, relax your nerves and keep the mask on for 15-20 mins.
Step 4. Take the mask off after 15-20 mins, massage your skin finger pulps to help the skin absorb the remaining essence, then rinse with water to ensure better effect.
The amount of the essence is very visible on my face. I like that it’s plenty enough to be absorbed by my skin.
Here’s the Before and After application of the mask. I feel so refreshed after washing my face. It absolutely tightens my pores and it feels so nice. The smell of the mask is good and relaxing. It adds a glowing effect on my face making me look more blooming. I already used two masks and I’m planning to buy another one. Would I recommend it? a big YES!
For the price of Php150 only, you can have a 3-piece mask in a nice packaging perfect for a good pamper time after a long tiring day. Not bad right? 🙂
