Mango and Cream Overnight Oatmeal Recipe

During a busy morning, it’s easy to let breakfast fall low in your list of priorities, but taking just a few minutes to have something to eat can really make a difference to your day. Good thing, there’s something we can prepare quick and easy. Quaker oats overnight recipes are taking over my Facebook timeline so I decided to join the bandwagon. Here’s a simple yet delicious and healthy overnight oat recipe, perfect for hustling millennials (and other generations too!).

In this recipe you’ll need:

  • Quaker whole grain rolled oats
  • a mason jar with cap
  • 2 pcs. ripe mangoes (one is shredded and one diced)
  • low fat milk
  • low fat milk yogurt

Procedure:

  1. Get the mangoes. Shred (or blend) one mango and slice the other one into cubes. Set aside.

2. Measure half a cup of Quaker whole grain rolled oats and half a cup of low fat milk of your choice.

3. Combine them into the mason jar then stir.

4. Add one low fat greek yogurt of your choice on top of the shredded mangoes.

Once you have your oats all done, put it on the refrigerator, let them settle overnight so the oats could absorb all that milk.

And voila! You have an instant breakfast when you wake in the morning.

If you haven’t seen my ig stories while doing this recipe, I compiled the videos for you!

Have a great day!
